1947 A7 Twin introduced. Four speeds, rigid frame with telescopic front forks, 7" brakes 31/2 gallon tank, Speedo in tank, special centre stand, quickly detachable hubs fitted. During year special stand replaced by normal stand, oil feed to exhaust rocker.
   
1948 A7 Twin Speedo moved to fork top.
   
1949 A7 Twin Spring frame with plunger rear suspension optional extra due to two part frame construction, left front engine plate pierced for dynamo, E3L dynamo. MCR2 cvc., inlet rocker oil feed, revised front mudguard stay lugs on fork legs, one piece front hub.
  A7 Star Twin introduced, similar to A7 twin but higher revving engine, twin carburettors, spring frame standard.
   
1950 A7 Twin revised gear set, tyre pump on chainguard.

1951 AA7.101 Engine ZA7R.6001 Frame A7 Twin, new overhead valve twin cylinder engine with new cylinder head and rocker box, modified crankshaft, alloy connecting rods, additional positive oil supply to camshaft trough, positive earth electrics, first use of manual ignition control, rigid frame end.
  AA7S.101Engine ZA7S.14001 Frame A7 Star Twin, as A7 Twin but with high compression pistons, single Amal carburettor, spring frame, valanced front mudguard, matt silver and chromium tank and wheels, special distinguishing badge on tank, 8" front brake.
   
1952 A7 Twin, improved mechanical breather, improved 7" brakes, spring frame only, pre-focus headlight, underslung pilot light, ball ended extension to main stand.

1953 BA7.101 Engine BA7S.101 Frame A7 Twin, headlamp enclosed in cowl incorporating speedometer, ammeter, and switch, boxed in rear number plate including stop and tail light and reflector, 8" front brake, finned collar on exhaust pipe, rubber mounted petrol tank.

1954 CA7.101 Engine CA7.101 Frame A7 Twin continued fitted with swinging arm frame, engines have re-designed cylinder barrel and head to increase fin area for cooling, one bolt petrol tank fixing, and dualseat as standard on new frame.

1952 A10 Golden Flash, spring frame as standard, improved oil breather.
   
1953 A10 Golden Flash, headlamp cowl incorporates Speedo, ammeter and switch. Rear number plate incorporates stop and tail lamp and reflector. Petrol tank rubber mounted, prop stand lug welded on to frame, finned collar on exhaust.
